Christmas Candy

I am sad to report that my much anticipated (by me) Christmas candy will have to go down in the books as a fail.  Though I award them points for cuteness, they taste like wads of sugar.  Slightly grainy sugar.
Which, I suppose, is what most Christmas candy actually is.
But still.

First of all thank you for stopping by my blog and the comment. Always love new visitors. And I'm sorry about your Christmas Candy. My mom was always a Christmas Candy maker and over the years, I've had my flops too. I always blame it on the altitude. Hope you have time to make some more, always such a great treat at the holidays.

And why I never make Christmas candy. I cannot make candy to save my life. My oldest daughter became the candy maker. Now she lives in Arizona so there will be none for me this year.
Christmas Candy and cooking a pot of beans. I decided yesterday after another flop of beans, I will just buy canned.
I am glad it happens to someone else besides me.
I am sure other things you made are wonderful. Have a lovely Christmas Lynn.
